Beef is the meal that keeps you full until dinner. Tender, juicy, rich in protein and iron, made fresh in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and ready in 2 minutes in the microwave.

On the menu this month: Thai meatballs, chimichurri meatballs and Asian-style beef, stir-fried with cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, sesame and ginger. In 100 g to 250 g portions, delivered almost anywhere in Quebec.

The Thai and chimichurri meatballs come with their homemade sauce cup. The Asian-style beef is cooked right in its sauce.
