Our meals are packaged in a controlled atmosphere. No freezing, no preservatives. During shipping, we use high-performance insulation and reusable ice packs to ensure your meals arrive fresh, no matter the distance.

Yes, almost all of our meals are gluten-free, except those containing noodles.
We take great care to avoid cross-contamination, but as our meals are prepared in an environment where gluten is present, we cannot guarantee a complete absence of traces. If you are celiac or highly sensitive, please be careful. -
There aren't any 100% vegetarian or keto meals on the menu yet, but we're working on it. Several options are low-carb or meat-free, depending on the combinations chosen.

We display all major allergens and ingredients on each meal sheet.
That said, our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, soy, dairy, etc. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend caution. -
No. Because you choose your ingredients and portions, the ingredients and presentation are an example of a possible configuration.
Obviously, each dish is handmade, so slight variations may also exist. -
It's simple: 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave with the film slightly perforated, or 10 to 12 minutes in the oven in a suitable dish.

The menu is updated monthly with new options and rotating dishes.
You can change your choices as often as you like.
If you choose to repeat your order automatically or manually, similar dishes will replace those that are no longer available. -
Yes. Each dish is balanced, rich in protein, without frying, without preservatives .
And most importantly: you choose your portions according to your goals. It's healthy and tailored to you.Poutine isn't the healthiest, but we love it.

Unfortunately, the nutritional values of our meals are not available due to the complexity of noting everything for tailor-made meals.

No worries. We'll deliver the box to your door. Meals stay fresh for several hours thanks to the insulated packaging and ice packs.
However, Bigmig is not responsible for theft or lost boxes.

Yes, only when we deliver with our local delivery driver do we take back the trays and boxes for standard commercial recycling , and they are never reused.
They're also recyclable at home : you can simply put them in the recycling bin. Ideally, clean them, but if you're in a hurry, you can recycle them even when they're dirty.

Some dishes don't include a cup, but the website doesn't allow us to remove this option at this time. As a young company, we care about our customers' well-being and are working hard to improve this situation.

Our delivery drivers will ensure your order is delivered to a secure location. They will leave your package at the reception desk of your building and will attempt to contact you once to inform you of the delivery.

Yes, of course! Log in to your account, then click "Reorder" next to the order you want to reorder. If a dish is no longer available, we'll replace it with the most similar one. 😊

You can receive your box with confidence, even in summer. -

The cardboard box and insulation are 100% recyclable. Ice packs can be reused or disposed of with regular trash.
If you are in our local delivery area , you can leave the dismantled box + clean trays at the door , we collect them and recycle them industrially but we never reuse them.We are aware of our impact and are actively seeking solutions to reduce our waste.

Yes, they go in the recycling bin once rinsed. We're working on offering a broader return option soon.

We produce every week based on orders received , nothing more.
Our unsold stock is donated or used for internal testing. No wasted stock, ever.

To receive your order:
- In Montreal (delivery Thursday) : order before Sunday 11:59 p.m.
- On the South Shore (Sunday delivery) : order before Wednesday 11:59 p.m.

You choose your meals and portions, and pay online. It's easy.

Yes. Once you've placed your order, you can click the "Reorder" button to automatically add it back to your cart.
You then finalize your purchase as usual.
If certain dishes are no longer available due to the monthly menu change, they will be replaced by similar options. -
The minimum is 10 meals per order.
It may not be ideal for everyone, but it's what allows us to keep our business sustainable, serve our customers well, and maintain quality.
Tip: Find a friend and share an order. Everyone wins. -
Yes. We currently only offer the Chef's Box with automatic "recommendation."
We are actively working on a method to enable this on custom orders.
