  • 7 days in the refrigerator. Up to 3 months if you freeze them upon receipt.

  • Yes, almost all of our meals are gluten-free, except those containing noodles.

    We take great care to avoid cross-contamination, but as our meals are prepared in an environment where gluten is present, we cannot guarantee a complete absence of traces. If you are celiac or highly sensitive, please be careful.

  • We only take back dishes and gel bags if you are served by a local delivery person.

    If you are outside our local delivery area, we are currently looking for a suitable solution.

    Return procedure for customers in local area:

    On your next delivery, simply leave the gel packs (if applicable) and the dishes (well rinsed) in the box. Everything is recycled; nothing is being reused at this time.
